Interior Detail vs. Full Detail: Which One Do You Need?

Not sure whether to book an interior detail or a full detail? Here is the difference and which one fits your vehicle right now.

The short answer

An interior detail is the inside only: carpet, seats, dash, console, door panels and inside glass. A full detail is the inside plus the outside.

If the outside still looks good and the inside is the problem, an interior detail is the right call.

When an interior detail is enough

Crumbs, pet hair, dust in the vents, a spill in the carpet or a smell you cannot track down. Those are interior jobs.

It is also a good choice before a road trip, when you will be spending hours in the cabin.

When to book the full detail

If it has been a while, if you are selling, or if you want the whole vehicle to feel new again, book the full detail.

Both are quoted for your vehicle before any work starts, and trucks, SUVs and vans are welcome.
